SITUATED IN LOVELY LANDSCAPED GARDENS WITH VALLEY VIEWS This charming cottage has enough space to accommodate two families with beautiful views over the Fleet Valley conservation area. The location is excellent for recreational pursuits including walking fishing climbing historical sites and windsurfing on Loch Ken. Take time to visit Threave Gardens or enjoy a beach picnic. The cottage is within walking distance of the pretty village of Gatehouse of Fleet with its selection of hotels and shops as well as a large play park golf and tennis. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 king-size 1 double and 1 twin on the first floor. A further king-size bedroom and 1 twin located on the ground floor. Bathroom: with separate shower on first floor. Further bathroom with separate shower on the ground floor. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with patio doors to terrace TV / video / DVD hi-fi and iPod dock. Additional lounge with TV. Kitchen: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Utility room. Outside: garden offers plenty of space for active children with a patio area seating and BBQ. Amenties: bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. Additional info: 200 security deposit is required payable by cheque 2 weeks prior to arrival direct to the owners. Regret no short breaks. Small welcome pack on arrival. Location: shops hotels 0.75 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
